Shiitake is our mainstay. The mix is a rotating mix of "farmer's choice" mushroom varieties which is usually Maitake and/or Blue Oyster, but also can be King Oyster, Lion's Mane or occasionally others.
We deliver on Wednesdays - orders made during the CSA season will be delivered on the next Wednesday following the day that the order is made.
For pre-orders made prior to the start of the CSA season. You will be charged at checkout for the first 4 weeks of your mushroom add-on. You will not be charged again until the 5th week of the CSA season (the first time is pre-paid).
