Our mushroom mix is a rotating variety of “farmer’s choice” fresh mushrooms. It may include such varieties as Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Chestnut, Yellow Oyster, Italian Oyster, and more.

Orders made after CSA season is underway will be available on the next following CSA pick up day. However, there may be some lead time for us to get your order in rotation (no more than the following week after the order is made).

For orders made prior to the start of the CSA season, you will be charged at checkout for the first 4 weeks of your mushroom add-on. You will not be charged again until the 5th week of the CSA season (the first time is prepaid).
