Our mushroom mix is a rotating variety of “farmer’s choice” fresh mushrooms. It may include such varieties as Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Chestnut, Yellow Oyster, Italian Oyster, and more.

Please note: We deliver to the farm on Mondays and Thursdays for Tuesday and Friday baskets respectively - orders will be delivered on the next Monday or Thursday following the day that the order is made.
