Our mushroom mix is a rotating variety of “farmer’s choice” fresh mushrooms. It may include such varieties as Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, or occasionally others.

Pick up hours for Mizuna Gardens are Wednesdays from 9:00 am -12:00 pm - closed midday - open again 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. They ask that customers please pull down the driveway to the back near the small red building next to the light pole. For everyone’s safety, please stay in your vehicle and the lovely folks at Mizuna Gardens will bring your orders to you.

We deliver mushroom orders to the farm on Tuesdays for Wednesday pick up - orders will be delivered on the next Tuesday following the day that the order is made.
