Shiitake is our mainstay. The mix is a rotating mix of "farmer's choice" mushroom varieties which is usually Maitake and/or Blue Oyster, but also can be King Oyster, Lion's Mane or occasionally others.

Orders made after the CSA season is underway will be available on the next following CSA pick up day.

For pre-orders made prior to the start of the CSA season, you will be charged at checkout for the first 4 weeks of your mushroom add-on. You will not be charged again until the 5th week of the CSA season (the first time is prepaid).
