Our delicious fresh mushrooms delivered to the Alive MMA Gym every week. Shiitake is our mainstay. Our mushroom mix is a rotating variety of “farmer’s choice” fresh mushrooms and may include Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Yellow Oyster, and/or others.

When you subscribe, you will select your mix option and size. Then we bring your mushrooms to the gym every Wednesday. The mushroom orders come in brown paper bags individually labeled with the name that you used at checkout.

We have found 1 pound to be enough for 3-4 dishes in a week serving 4 people if mushrooms are not the main ingredient (of course, that depends on the amount of mushrooms used in each dish). Many folks happily eat them all as soon as they get them!
